Z Block Rush Privacy Policy
Z Block Rush is a standalone mobile block puzzle game published under the Zyntra apps umbrella. This Privacy Policy explains how Zyntra ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Z Block Rush.
This policy applies only to Z Block Rush. It does not change or replace the separate Z Watch Lab / Z Watch Faces privacy policy.
Information We Collect
Z Block Rush is designed to use the minimum data needed to run the game, improve quality, support rewards, and operate optional online features.
- Account information used by the live guest/cloud-save and optional Google sign-in flows, such as a pseudonymous guest identifier, Google account identifier, email address, internal player key, and player profile ID. Your Google account name and email address remain private and are not used as your public game name.
- Your player-chosen public game name (your Rush ID). After you explicitly use the single Accept Rules action for the current Public Name Rules, an approved Rush ID may be displayed to other players on leaderboards and supported community surfaces. View Terms and prompt dismissal do not record acceptance. Shared responses use an opaque public profile identifier for report, block, and unblock actions; they do not expose the internal player key, Google account identifier, Google/provider name, email address, or session credential.
- Public-name safety and moderation data, including the accepted rules version and acceptance time, moderation status and reason, account-scoped viewer-hiding relationships created by blocks or accepted reports, and reports you submit or that concern your Rush ID. A report can include opaque report/retry IDs, category, optional note, context, mode, rank, the reported-name snapshot, status, timestamps, moderator action, and moderator note.
- Gameplay and progress data, such as scores, high scores, daily streaks, level progress, achievements, inventory, boosters, cosmetics, event progress, and leaderboard entries.
- Economy and reward data, such as coin and gem balances, reward grants, ad reward claims, purchase entitlements, and anti-abuse checks.
- Advertising data from Google AdMob or similar ad services, such as advertising identifiers, ad impressions, ad clicks, frequency controls, and rewarded ad completion events.
- Analytics and diagnostics, such as app launches, screen visits, gameplay events, crash logs, performance data, device model, operating system version, app version, language, country or region, and network status.
- Purchase data from Google Play Billing, such as purchase tokens, product IDs, transaction status, and entitlement results. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Support information you voluntarily send to us, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, or bug reports.
Z Block Rush does not require contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, health data, SMS, call logs, or wearable sensor data for core gameplay.
How We Use Information
- Run the core block puzzle game and save progress.
- Provide daily puzzles, rewards, streaks, events, achievements, cosmetics, cloud save, and leaderboards.
- Publish only approved player-chosen Rush IDs; omit identities that are unpublished, restricted, blocked, or hidden by an accepted report for the active account; provide a Report flow that immediately hides an accepted reported identity while moderator review continues; and provide separate Block, blocked-player management, and Unblock controls.
- Replace the previous public Rush ID when an approved rename succeeds; we do not keep the old name linked or display a Google/provider or generated name as a fallback identity.
- Enforce public-name rules, prevent duplicate or reserved names, investigate reports, suppress or restore names, require corrective renames, and restrict abusive accounts from publishing public names.
- Validate trusted rewards, purchases, leaderboard submissions, and anti-cheat checks.
- Show optional rewarded ads, eligible banner placements (including a reserved area during play), and natural-break interstitials according to consent state and remote-configured limits.
- Improve gameplay balance, performance, visuals, tutorials, and ad frequency.
- Diagnose crashes, bugs, backend errors, and suspicious activity.
- Respond to support requests and data deletion requests.
- Comply with Google Play policies, platform rules, legal obligations, and security requirements.
Advertising
Z Block Rush may show ads through Google AdMob or another configured ad provider. Rewarded ads are optional and grant in-game rewards only after completion and validation. Interstitial ads are intended to appear only at natural breaks. Banners may appear on eligible screens; for free players, an active-gameplay banner may appear only in a reserved area intended not to cover the board or controls.
Where required, Z Block Rush asks for or refreshes advertising/privacy choices before requesting ads. You can revisit available choices through Privacy & Ad Choices in Account and can also limit ad personalization through your device and Google account settings. Remove Forced Ads and active Block Pass entitlements remove forced interstitial ads and banner ads where technically supported, but optional rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch them.
Purchases and Virtual Items
Z Block Rush may offer in-app purchases such as coin packs, gem packs, booster packs, cosmetic bundles, event passes, Block Pass subscriptions, or a Remove Forced Ads product. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive purchase tokens and entitlement information so the game can grant the correct items. We do not receive your full payment details.
Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted if fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, or technical error is detected.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. An approved Rush ID is intentionally disclosed to other Z Block Rush players as part of the public leaderboard experience. This player-directed public display is separate from sharing account data with an advertising, analytics, or infrastructure provider. Google account names and email addresses are not displayed as Rush IDs. When you block a player or a player's report is accepted, that identity is omitted from your account's leaderboard view; other viewers are unaffected unless Zyntra applies a global moderation restriction.
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate Z Block Rush, including Google Play services, Google AdMob and its consent tooling, Zyntra's first-party analytics/crash-review and backend services, Cloudflare or equivalent infrastructure, and support or security providers. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are not enabled in this candidate; this policy and the Play Data safety disclosure will be updated before adding a new provider.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, platform policy, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Zyntra, or the public.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS where data is transmitted, server-side validation for trusted rewards, access controls, and abuse monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and limit the data we collect.
Data Retention
We retain gameplay, account, economy, purchase, leaderboard, public-name consent, moderation, report, block, and viewer-hiding data as long as needed to provide the game, operate player-safety controls, preserve legitimate records, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and operate support. Analytics, diagnostics, and crash data are retained only as long as useful for quality, security, and compliance, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize eligible account-linked data, including public-name controls, block/report-created viewer-hiding relationships, and the player links or name snapshots in moderation reports, unless limited retention is needed for legal, security, child-safety, anti-fraud, purchase, refund, abuse, or dispute reasons. Where a report must be retained, we aim to remove or minimize the deleted player's direct account link where practical.
Account and Data Deletion
You can start an account-deletion request from the Account screen in Z Block Rush or use our public deletion resource at https://zblockrush.zyntraapps.org/delete-account.
We aim to review and complete valid requests within 30 days. Deletion covers eligible account, profile, Rush ID, public-name consent, block/report-created viewer-hiding relationships, moderation-report links, progress, economy, leaderboard, analytics, support, and other account-linked data. Limited purchase, refund, security, child-safety, fraud-prevention, abuse, dispute, or legal records may be retained where necessary. Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play; deleting a Z Block Rush account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Your Choices
- Play supported offline gameplay without signing in where available.
- Manage ad personalization through Android and Google settings.
- Review available privacy and advertising choices from the in-game Account screen.
- Review the Public Name Rules before publishing a Rush ID. Without current acceptance or an approved unique Rush ID, the account is omitted from public leaderboard identity rows rather than shown under a generic name.
- Use the clearly labelled in-game Report action on eligible leaderboard rows. When the server accepts the report, the reported Rush ID is immediately hidden for you while moderator review continues; the player's score and rank are unchanged.
- Use the separate Block Player action to hide an eligible player's Rush ID for your account without filing a report, and use Blocked Players in Account to review and unblock those relationships.
- Request correction of your Rush ID. A globally suppressed name can be replaced with a new approved name without a rename charge; a public-name ban requires moderator review.
- Use in-game settings, where available, to control sound, haptics, and cosmetic preferences.
- Uninstall the app to stop future local data collection.
- Request data access or correction by contacting us.
- Request account and associated-data deletion in the app or at our deletion resource.
Children's Privacy
Z Block Rush is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
International Users
Z Block Rush may be available globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We handle data according to this policy and applicable privacy laws where the game is offered.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as game features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users in the app or store listing.
