Delete Your Z Block Rush Account
This page explains how to request deletion of a Z Block Rush account and associated data. Z Block Rush is published by Zyntra.
Request deletion in the app
- Open Z Block Rush and go to Account.
- Scroll to the account controls and choose Delete Account.
- Review the notice and choose Confirm Delete.
An authenticated request is recorded immediately. Sending the request again is safe and will not create duplicate deletion requests.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject Z Block Rush account deletion request. If available, include your in-game display name and state whether you used Google sign-in. If the account is linked, writing from the linked email address can help us verify ownership.
Protect your account: never send a password, Google Play purchase token, full device identifier, payment-card details, or an in-app session token. We may ask for limited additional information only when needed to verify that the account belongs to you.
Data deleted or anonymized
After verification and processing, we delete or anonymize eligible data associated with the account, including:
- Account-link information and cloud-save identity data.
- Player profile, gameplay progress, achievements, and leaderboard identity.
- Virtual-currency balances, inventory, boosters, cosmetics, and reward progress.
- Account-linked analytics, diagnostics, and support data where deletion is applicable.
Processed deletion is permanent. Deleted cloud progress and virtual items cannot be restored.
Limited data that may be retained
We may retain only the limited records needed for legal obligations, security, anti-fraud controls, purchase validation, refunds, chargebacks, or dispute handling. Where practical, retained records are minimized or anonymized and are not used to continue ordinary gameplay services. Aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer identify an account may also remain.
Timing and Google Play purchases
The in-app confirmation means that the request has been queued; it does not mean deletion has already finished. We normally complete a verified request within 30 days. We will explain if applicable law or a complex verification issue requires more time.
Deleting a Z Block Rush account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play and does not automatically issue a refund. Cancel active subscriptions separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
